Punjab province usually recruits lecturer for its Govt colleges normally after every 2 years. Now this time again, Punjab Education Department wrote a letter to PPSC for Recruitment of 2900+ Male and Female Lecturers. The letter is circulating on social media in which the Punjab Education Department wrote to PPSC for PPSC Lecturer Jobs 2019 and to recruit Males and Females lecturers on More than 2900 Seats in all 36 districts of Punjab.

The Punjab Public Service Commission (PPSC) is a government agency responsible for hiring and administering the provincial civil services and management services in Punjab Province. PPSC conduct exams and interviews for the selection of lecturer in all the Government colleges in the Punjab province of Pakistan. The selection criteria are usually tough in PPSC and there is much competition in PPSC seats. Thousands of candidates apply for a single seat and only competent one are selected.

These PPSC (BPS-17) Jobs of Lecturers are for both males and females.

Female seats: 1772
Male Seats: 1206

For the selection of lecturer in Punjab, there will be a 100 marks paper which will include questions from subjects like General knowledge, Pakistan study, Current Affairs, Islamic study, Geography, Basic Math, English, Urdu, and Everyday Science.

The successful candidates will be called for an interview and after which the final merit will be calculated based on academic career, test marks and interview marks.
